Håkan Pettersson - professor of physics specializing in semiconductor physics, School of Information Science, Computer and Electrical Engineering, Halmstad University, Sweden.
Our research group studies the electrical and optical properties of various types of nanostructures in cooperation with above all the department of Solid State Physics and the Nanometer Structure Consortium at Lund University.
